New Wyse product service, warranty and RMAs processes will go live effective Monday, 26th September 2011. From that date on, you should use Wyse Self-Service portal to submit all requests for service in just a few clicks:

Create an account (if they have not already done so) or login to Wyse Support and Self-Service portal. |

Submit an RMA request through the on-line form. |

Follow shipping instructions confirmed back by email upon submission of the RMA request. |

Check and track RMA status within the Wyse Support and Self-Service portal (incl. detailed shipping details) |
